In the first quarter, the most successful of JTRE’s portfolio of projects was the Downtown Yards project, which is enjoying popularity for over a year and occupies the top positions in the sales of projects in Bratislava. “At the end of last year, we released one – and two-bedroom apartments in blocks B and D for sale, which turned out to be a very good strategic decision,” says Ivan Bratko. “We have been achieving excellent sales results in the Downtown Yards project for a year now thanks to the combination of consistently favourable prices, high material and technological standard of the apartments and the many benefits that the project will bring to its residents,” says Bratko, adding that the interest of clients is growing along with the visibility of the buildings, which are already rising to the surface and the progress of the construction is becoming more noticeable every day. The Downtown Yards project established itself in the market as one of the best-selling projects shortly after sales started. In addition to the aesthetics offered by the modern architectural design of the premium GFI studio, the generous public space designed by LABAK, which integrated a lot of greenery into the project in the quiet courtyards facing the existing development of houses, appealed to most buyers.
